Fraternal Leadership & Service

My Omega story isn’t about titles. It’s about showing up and doing the work. I’ve served at every level of this Brotherhood, from chapter meetings to the Supreme Council, and I’ve never lost sight of what matters: structure, service, and standing on our principles. The roles have changed over the years, but the goal has stayed the same: move the work forward and make it count.

International Level

  • Member, Supreme Council of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. 

District Level

2019 - 2022

34th Eighth District Representative

  • Oversaw operations across Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and New Mexico

  • Created the Dr. Lynn Beckwith Jr. Leadership Academy: Since its inception in 2021, this program has successfully equipped dozens of Omega men with the leadership training necessary to enhance their fraternal literacy, remember their oath and obligation, and excel within our fraternity and beyond.

  • Developed district-wide strategic taskforces and advisor restructuring

  • Spearheaded e-learning platforms for chapter compliance and leadership training

  • Facilitated youth mental health roundtables and social justice mobilizations

  • Reestablished 8th District UG presence on Supreme Council

  • Formation of H.O.T.H.W. District Foundation, Inc. | 501(c)(3) 

    • Provided program oversight, governance, and fiscal accountability

    • Advanced scholarship, mentorship, and service opportunities across the district

    • Raised over $75K to support District UGs and programming–with commitment of $20K/Year

2016 - 2019

  • District Keeper of Finance

    • Established District and chapter financial Workbook – efficient bookkeeping best practices

    • Creation and maintenance of chapter EIN annual reporting and compliance

    • District Financial Report Booklet

    • Reestablished UG Affairs Fund

    • Creation of the Eighth District Life Membership Program

      • Over 140 District Life Members

      • Raised over $120,000

2013 - 2016

  • District Keeper of Records and Seal

    • Creation and implementation of a communication plan

    • Ensure and confirmed accuracy in all data and communication within the District

    • Develop a cohesive information flow to foster transparency and awareness

    • IHQ My Page Automation–from previous system to current

    • Creation of DKRS workbook and process flow

    • Creation of District Officer Transition booklet for smooth transition and handoffs

2010 - 2014

  • District Director of Public Relations​

    • Creation of Communiqué (8th District Publication)

    • Creation of the new District Website from just information to content management system; Creation of Twitter Account; FB page; IG Account

    • Creation of District Logos

    • Automation and Visibility in the Oracle
